OUR Story

Saddle up 'n' dough started as a crazy idea one night when we were craving stone-baked pizza and decided we were going to buy a pizza oven to try and make authentic Italian pizzas. 

In the space of a few months we perfected our dough and recipes, bought and turned a horse box into a fully functioning mobile pizzeria. Now we are living out our dream job having fun, being ourselves and most importantly creating great food!
